Hindu community members protesting with an eight-point demand have vacated the Shahbagh intersection after a three-hour blockade, announcing a new programme for tomorrow.

The protesters, under the banners of Bangladesh Hindu Parishad and Sanatan Odhikar Parishad, blocked the Shahbagh intersection from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., causing significant traffic disruption in the surrounding roads.

Key demands include the swift arrest and punishment of those responsible for attacks on the Hindu community, an end to ongoing violence against Hindus, and the destruction of temples, homes, and properties, as well as the illegal confiscation of land belonging to the Hindu community.
