Police superintendents of 24 districts across the country have been transferred.
The transfer was made through a notification issued by the Police-1 Branch of the Public Security Division under the Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday (27 August).
The notification, issued by the order of the president, was signed by Deputy Secretary Md Mahabur Rahman Sheikh.
The districts where new police superintendents have been appointed are Dhaka, Rangpur, Gazipur, Comilla, Sirajganj, Chattogram, Manikganj, Mymensingh, Gaibandha, Habiganj, Rajshahi, Munshiganj, Sylhet, Narayanganj, Natore, Pabna, Patuakhali, Bagerhat, Kishoreganj, Jhenaidah, Magura, Tangail, Jashore, and Narsingdi.
