The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is set to hold an emergency meeting today (21 August).
The meeting will begin at the conference room of the Youth and Sports Ministry.
According to boad insider, BCB president Nazmul Hassan Papon is expected to be present in the meeting via online.
Meanwhile, several BCB directors confirmed that they got the mail about the meeting.
BCB CEO sent an emergency email to president, requesting him to hold a meeting in the wake of the chaotic situation.
President, according to insider, may announce his decision to step down from his post, paving the way to start a necessary reform in the BCB.
Apart from the president, some other BCB directors may resign from the board.
