46 more Myanmar border police enter into Bangladesh

At a press briefing, he told newsmen yesterday (17 April) that the border police of Myanmar entered Bangladesh through Bandarban's Ashatoli and Chakdhala frontier at Tuesday midnight.

Another 46 members of Myanmar's Border Guard Police (BGP) have entered Bangladesh through Bandarban's Naikhongchhari frontier Tuesday (16 April) night, said Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) public relation officer Md Shariful Islam.

At a press briefing, he told newsmen yesterday (17 April) that the border police of Myanmar entered Bangladesh through Bandarban's Ashatoli and Chakdhala frontier at Tuesday midnight.

So far, 260 Myanmar border police entered into the district last month, he added.

According to BGB sources said they will be deported to Myanmar this April. 

Over 300 border police of Myanmar came to Bangladesh through the district escaping the fight in the first week of February this year and they were repatriated to Myanmar on February 15.
