The admission tests for the first-year undergraduate programme at Dhaka University (DU) for the 2024-25 academic session will begin on 4 January, 2025.
A meeting of the university's General Admission Committee, chaired by DU Vice- Chancellor Prof Dr Niaz Ahmed Khan at university’s senate Bhaban, took the decision.
As per decision, the Fine Arts unit test will be held on 4 January, the Arts, Law, and Social Sciences unit test on 25 January, Science unit test on 1 February, and the Business Studies unit test on 8 February.
However, the admission test for the Institute of Business Administration will be taken place 3 January, before the general schedule.
The application process for the admission tests will begin online from 12 pm on 4 November and will continue until 11:59 pm on 25 November.
This year, thee application fee for the tests has been set at Tk1,050.
