Another 63 members of Myanmar Border Guard Police (BGP) have fled to Bangladesh and sought refuge amid the fighting between the Myanmar army and the rebels.
The BGP members entered the Huaikong union of Teknaf at 1pm today. They were taken to the Huaikong camp of BGB for shelter, Lieutenant Colonel Md Mohiuddin Ahmed, commanding officer of the BGB-2 in Teknaf, told the media.
With the addition of the newly entered BGP members, a total of 327 members of Myanmar's border and security forces have fled to Bangladesh amid the clashes.
