Shish Haider Chowdhury has been appointed as the secretary for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in his regard on Saturday (14 September).
Shish Haider Chowdhury was the member (joint secretary) of Bangladesh Trade and Tariff Commission.
Earlier, on Thursday, Humayun Kabir Khondker, senior secretary of Information and Broadcasting Ministry, and Shamsul Arefin, secretary of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division, were made officers on special duty (OSD)
